Ingredients:
1 cup (16 tablespoons) butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
